Highlights

I don’t think I’ve ever read such self-punishing characters before, suffering in silence, each on their own, not trusting anyone, not wanting to communicate and lessen their despair. I don’t know if to call it remarkable.

What to Expect

  • Slow pace
  • Few action
  • Multiple love interests
  • New characters
  • Multiple enemies
  • Tensed loyalties

What I Missed

  • Well, not much happened and then, the ending felt abrupt. We don’t get to finally cherish certain romantic moments, nor get in the action of this conflicting potential war.
🧐
We’ll have to wait for the next book and see.
THE END
