Review

Flight of Fate (Wings of Ink #4)

🔗Author: Angelina J. Steffort
📖
I received an ARC of this book.

Highlights

Well, this book was better presented plot-wise. It kept your interest and there were some twists I enjoyed.

What to Expect

  • Dangerous bargains
  • Constant betrayal
  • Gods involvement
  • Cunning enemies
  • Clueless heroes
  • Circling events
  • Multiple love relationships
  • Interesting powers

What I Missed

  • Even when it got better in this book than in the previous one, we went back to repeating events. How many times are they going to be captured? I’m trying to understand why is it that the “good” characters are so clueless and hopeless to be on par with their enemies. They’re always seven steps behind and nothing to do to get the upper hand. Their powers and experience don’t seem to account for much.
